We offer monthly, quarterly or annual
contracts for treating your home or business
for roaches, spiders or rats and mice.
We offer annual subterranean termite control
contracts. We treat with Termidor around the
foundation and crawl space. Treatment is to
prevent subterranean termite infestation.
Tent fumigation is a service required for
treatment of dry wood termites, powder post
beetles and old house borers. The cost is
based on size and configuration of the
structure being treated.
This service is provided to contractors or
customers building new homes or adding
additions to existing structures and is
coordinated with necessary building
deadlines and schedules. Pre-treatment is
necessary to prevent subterranean termites.
Wood-Destroying Organisms
Inspections are generally ordered by buyers
purchasing new homes for the terms of their
contract for sale. This report is a
state-regulated form to assess for the
buyer, seller or financial institution the
condition of the home with regard to any
wood-destroying organisms.
Wood-destroying organism means arthropod or
plant life which damages and can re-infest
seasoned wood in a structure, namely,
termites, powder post beetles, old house
borers, and wood decaying fungi.
REPORTS ARE MADE ON THE BASIS OF WHAT IS
VISIBLE AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION and is
not an opinion covering areas such as, but
not necessarily limited to, those that are
enclosed or inaccessible, areas concealed by
wall-coverings, floor coverings, furniture,
equipment, stored articles, or any portion
of the structure in which inspection would
necessitate removing or defacing any part of
the structure.
The WDO inspection is not a structural
damage report. A wood-destroying organisms
inspector is not ordinarily a construction
or building trade expert and therefore is
not expected to possess any special
qualifications which would enable him to
attest to the structural soundness of the
property.
You can be assured that all work will be
performed in accordance with accepted
standards and practices of the Florida Laws,
The Florida Pest Control Association and
under the supervision of Stephen W. Kelley,
Certified Operator. All chemicals used
are EPA approved and are applied in
accordance with manufacturer's
specifications.
