Kelley Termite and Pest Control has been in business in Nassau County for 28 years. With more than 5,500 satisfied customers, Kelley Termite and Pest Control puts the focus on the customer.  This focus on the customer makes Kelley stand out among the other companies.  The quality of service and the level of commitment to service is what we are about.  The customer-service oriented philosophy doesn't stop with the owners Steve and Bernice Kelley.  Everyone who works for Kelley puts the customer first., Kelley Termite and Pest Control is service oriented and not sales-driven.

When a customer calls with a problem our goal is to have a technician at their home or business within the hour.  Keeping our customers, homes and businesses, free of pests is a team effort and we are proud of our team, many whom have been with the company for more than 18 years.  Tammy, Linda, Rachel, Jim M., Debbie, Margaret, Liese, Wendy, Jim M., Dutch, Gerry, Bruce, Jimmy, Rena and Jim D.  are all dedicated members of the Kelley Team.

With such a low rate of turnover, staff members are able to build relationships with the customers they service, and help maintain our excellent level of service.

Steve and Bernice  are not just business owners, they are also very active in the community.  They are involved with the Fernandina Beach Optimist Club, American Business Women's Association and Shriners to name just a few.
